Parami Financial Services Private Limited ("Parami", "we", "us") is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund & SIF Distributor (ARN-171644), an APMI-registered PMS Distributor (APRN-03327) and a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (INA000016649). 2. What we collect

We collect personal data through this website only when you choose to give it to us, for example through a contact form. As a client, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact details: name, address, phone, email, date of birth, PAN and KYC documents.
  • Financial details: bank details, income, investment holdings, nominee details, risk profile and financial goals.
  • Data from others, with your authorisation: from KYC registration agencies, registrars (CAMS, KFintech), AMCs, portfolio managers and account aggregators.

  • To complete KYC and meet our obligations under SEBI, AMFI, APMI, anti-money-laundering and tax regulations.
  • To process transactions and service your investments.
  • To assess suitability and provide investment advice.

4. Consent

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with:

  • AMCs, portfolio managers, registrars, KYC agencies and transaction platforms, to carry out your instructions.
  • Service providers who support our operations (such as IT, hosting and back-office software). They are bound by confidentiality and may use the data only for the service they provide to us.
  • Regulators, courts, law enforcement or other authorities, where required by law.

We maintain separation between our investment advisory and distribution activities as required under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.

6. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transmission of statements. Email is not a fully secure channel, so please do not send sensitive documents by ordinary email unless we have asked you to use a secure method.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for the periods required under applicable laws and regulations. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct, complete or update it;
  • ask us to erase data we are not legally required to keep;
  • withdraw consent;
  • nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity;

12. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
