We bring right guidance, knowledge, and solutions so that you can concentrate on your vocation/calling, while we take care of your investments The Promoters, Advisors and other team members bring a lot of vintage, diversity and specific skillsets which makes PARAMI self-dependent and stay ahead of the curve We have partnered with the best to source all third party products, especially, Unlisted Equity, Private Equity, Corporate Debt Instruments, Quasi Debt and other unconventional structures, arrangements which are otherwise not accessible / available to the conventional distribution We have the dual and complementing infrastructure to support the entire process of customer onboarding, dissemination of research & advisory, trade execution and portfolio reporting Avinash Nahata – Before starting his entrepreneurial journey at PARAMI, he has worked with ADITYA BIRLA GROUP for ~11 years in the capacity of Equity Fund Manager (~5Y) and Fundamental Research Head (~6Y) with their broking arm Aditya Birla Money (ABM) In his spell with the Research desk, he had setup & lead a ten-member team with a mandate to generate and publish 360-degree research on small and mid-size corporate, with extensive focus on corporate meetings, including their vendors, their customers and competitors Prior to this he has worked with HSBC InvestDirect for ~7 years in the capacity of a Senior Equity Research Analyst (Mumbai – 4Y) & Head Preferred Equity Group (PEG), Kolkata-3Y The stint involved bottom-up research on the small & mid-size corporate and running strategic Model Portfolios. He also set up a Preferred Equity Group (PEG) desk @Kolkata and successfully run Advisory Portfolios with focus on portfolio hedging By Qualification, he is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate from St.Xavier’s, Kolkata. Avinash have spoken at conferences and seminars on Investments – Equity & Derivatives. He is a sports lover and an avid tennis follower Balu Lamkhade – Before starting his entrepreneurial journey at PARAMI, he has worked with ADITYA BIRLA GROUP for over 10 years in the capacity of Zonal Head, West (~3Y), Regional Head (~5Y) and Area Manager (~2Y) with the Wealth Management business at Aditya Birla Capital. During his stint, he advised CXOs, High Net worth investors on their overall portfolio and build trust & long-term relationships which helped the organization to create Happy investors. He successfully led a 30-member wealth manager’s team to acquire new investors, retain and deepen the relationships. For his consistent efforts and results, he won a Rising Star award in the Aditya Birla Capital Inspiration awards and also won an Emerging professional award under the ADITYA BIRLA GROUP Chairman’s award. Prior to this, he has worked with Sunidhi Securities and Finance Ltd & KJMC Capital Markets for ~5Y & ~3Y respectively, advising HNI Investors on financial planning, Risk management and tax from an investment perspective He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and has done his PGDGM from Emeritus Institute of Management, Singapore, a Global Ivy business school and is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University. Anil is a seasoned professional with 25Y+ experience across Telecom, IT and Financial Services verticals, both in operational as well as consulting roles. He has rich experience in procurement, partnering, negotiations, contracting, operations & planning. As a business consultant, he is advising and mentoring young companies in their growth journey. The engagement ranges from being a part of the advisory board to deeper involvement in Growth Strategy and Planning, Business and Operating Model and Execution. Co-founded Rythium with a vision to bring best in class products and services around IT Asset Management focusing on software assets. Has handled product development and delivery Co-founded Nextqore to focus on Digitization Initiatives with focus on IOT space. Was responsible for creating and nurturing partnerships including technology stack/cloud infra, IOT devices across multiple industries and use cases and for project execution In his earlier stint with RCOM, he was part of the management team and have held leadership positions at RCOM, heading the Telecom Towers Infrastructure business and Central Procurement Group (Communications). Was a member of the Management Board, which oversaw the operations of the company. He has also worked with HCL Perot Systems early in his career in the area of development of middleware product(s) in data interfacing. He is a MBA from IIM Indore and a Commerce graduate from St.Xavier’s, Kolkata. About
